I'm glad you're here to take a look at my writing. I write about the
everyday experiences of God in my life. I take joy in the ordinary.
Inspiration comes unexpectedly but I often find an insight on the
hiking trail or while practicing hospitality. I rush for a post-it to
jot down a thought for later. God shows up constantly in all kinds of
ordinary ways from flowers and first graders to sermons and salad bars.
I am nudged to write. The uncertainties and desires of my heart all
make it on the page. I call them my "ah-ha moments." Through writing I
untangle the messages of my heart and make more sense of my
relationship with God.
It is my wish you will read some of my words and find an "ah-ha moment"
of your own. Every Wednesday I post a new writing. Check out these weekly thoughts, you may discover a point to ponder. Entertaining is a
joy in my life. On the hospitality page you'll find ideas for your next
