How do you see Him today?

Like many writers I spend time trying to figure out how to put my experience of God into words. I fall short all the time. Where to begin? There are too many qualities to explore. Strength, love, power, forgiveness, compassion, discipline, omnipotence, the list is endless. This is precisely why I try over and over to untangle my experience of God. Each time I think about how God is in my life I get another glimpse of Him another bit of insight into the Almighty. I’m looking at glory.

You can subscribe to any number of daily devotionals. I like the Upper Room. They have been offering a single devotional thought every day for more than 60 years. Rough estimate: 22,000 thoughts about God! 22,000 difference ideas and ways to encounter God on a simple everyday level. And they’ve only scratched the surface! Each time we ponder our relationship with God we gain a better picture of Him. When you have a good picture of whom you are dealing with you’ll want to get even closer to find out more. It’s a glorious circle.
